Hi, I was sold broadband as a 10Mb connection. No indication at the service would, as now quoted by your technical team, be slow /intermittent 'til January 30th. Two months. Your sales process is clearly untruthful; potential customers should be warned in advance if the service is severely compromised. Please contact me directly to discuss further. In the meantime, I will air my problems online via twitter and dissuade as many as possible from signing up for your sub-standard service.
